Move-out & move-in
Inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside every cupboard and drawer, baseboards, door frames, light fixtures, window tracks and sills, closet shelves, walls spot-cleaned, bathrooms descaled, floors washed by hand at the edges.
Deep clean
Everything in a standard clean, plus inside appliances, behind and under any furniture we can move, baseboards, door frames, vents, blinds, and hard-water buildup taken off taps and shower glass.
Quick clean
Kitchen and bathroom surfaces, sinks, toilets and tubs, mirrors, all floors vacuumed and washed, bins emptied and relined, beds made. Two to three hours in a typical three-bedroom.
Carpet cleaning
Traffic lanes and spots pre-treated, then hot-water extraction through the room, edges and stairs included, deodoriser on request. Priced per room, and it can run the same day as the clean.
After-event cleaning
Garbage and recycling bagged and hauled out, tables and chairs wiped and stacked, floors swept and mopped, washrooms reset, kitchen and bar areas cleared. Same night or first thing next morning.
Commercial & office
Desks and workstations, kitchens and break rooms, washrooms restocked and sanitised, glass and entry doors, boardrooms reset, bins out, floors vacuumed and washed. Nightly, weekly or monthly, after hours so nobody works around us.

Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our clients aren't. Leave a key, a lockbox code or a garage code and we'll let ourselves in and lock up after. For move-outs we'll usually meet you or the agent at the start to walk the unit.
How fast can you take a move-out?
Often within a few days. If your possession date is tomorrow, text 780-862-3001 rather than emailing — we'll tell you straight away whether we can hold the date.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — products, cloths, vacuums and the carpet extractor all come with us. If you'd rather we used something specific for your floors or surfaces, leave it out and tell us.
What's the difference between a deep clean and a move-out clean?
A deep clean is for a home you're living in: everything a standard clean covers, plus inside appliances, baseboards, vents, blinds and hard-water buildup. A move-out clean is for an empty unit and is built around an inspection — inside every cupboard and closet, window tracks, walls spot-cleaned, and the details a landlord or agent checks before releasing a deposit.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured. Ask and we'll email the certificate before the job — property managers usually want it on file, and we're used to that.

Sherwood Park, Edmonton, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Beaumont, Devon, Leduc and Strathcona County. Further out is possible — call and ask.
Can I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes, wherever scheduling allows. If you book us regularly we send the same cleaner back — they learn your place, your pets and the things you care about, and you stop repeating yourself.
